We have completed a wide variety of installations ranging from migrating mixed Windows 98 and Windows NT to a Windows 2000 only platform through to new installations with the latest Windows 2003 Servers and Windows XP PC's. All systems work can be performed out of hours at the request of the customer - it's all part of Foxsoft's service.
We can provide full systems documentation and change management guidelines to ensure all environment changes are documented to help prevent unnecessary downtime in the event of a failure.
CTI
Computer Telephony Integration systems integrate your computers and telephones into a unified communications system. There are various levels of integration which can be easily altered as your needs change. Aside from cost savings in cabling they can bring enormous benefits to businesses of any size by ensuring that your customers get through to the right person as quickly as possible and when they do, you have your customers information right in front of you before you even answer the call.

Remote Access
Whether you need mobile or home workers to connect to your business systems whereever they might be or you need to connect multiple offices together, Foxsoft can help. We can recommend a variety of remote access technologies which can be used to best suit your requirements. For example, we can securely connect remote offices together using VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology which utilises the internet rather than installing dedicated private lines which are much more expensive. One of our support package options is Remote Support, we are able to remotely manage your entire network and provide an instant response to problems which arise rather than sending an engineer to resolve the problem.
Firewalls
Firewalls will help to protect your network of computers from attacks from the internet. If you are permanently connected to the internet then you should very seriously consider a firewall. Even if connect using a dial up connection, a firewall would provide you with more protection. It is not unreasonable to expect that on an average day even a home user connecting to the internet with broadband would get about 15-20 unknown computers probe your computer or network to see if there are any security vulnerabilities. It only takes one of these to inflict a virus upon your network or to use your computers for it's own purposes.
Foxsoft can supply and install both software and hardware firewall solutions although we prefer hardware based solutions for added security. We do not have any affiliations with particular vendors and as such we are able to recommend the most suitable products for your needs.
